Difference between Selehold® and Revolution®
Selehold® is a spot-on treatment for the effective control of fleas and roundworms. One treatment for fleas lasts 4 weeks, the product also acts on eggs and larvae in the home to help prevent reinfestation. Selehold® treats roundworm infection (Toxocara canis), ear mites, biting lice, Sarcoptic mange and prevents heartworm disease.
How to apply?
For spot-on use. Apply to the skin at the base of the neck in front of the shoulder blades.
Remove the pipette from its packaging. Hold the pipette in an upright position, twist and pull the cap off.
Turn the cap around and place the other end of the cap back on the pipette. Push and twist the cap to break the seal, then remove the cap from the pipette.
Part the coat on the back of your furry buddy at the base of the neck in front of the shoulder blades until the skin is visible. Place the tip of the pipette onto the skin and squeeze the pipette several times to empty its contents completely and directly onto the skin in one spot. Avoid contact between the product and your fingers.
How long does it take for Selehold® to work?
It should start working within minutes of application, but it will take about 2 hours before it will be in full effect. Then it should last a full month after that.
How long after using Selehold® can I bathe, wash, wet or let my dog swim?
2 hours is the recommend time before you can wash or have your dog get wet again. We would usually recommend waiting about 24 hours to be on the safe side.
