We, Dr David Gething and Trilby White, moved to Hong Kong in the year 2000. It was only a year or two later when we opened our first veterinary clinic, Creature Comforts Veterinary Housecall Practice, guided by our four key values: Quality, Care, Convenience and Compassion.
From those humble beginnings the Creature Comforts Group has grown significantly, now spanning multiple veterinary hospitals, clinics, the Vetopia online store and a pet supplement business. However, one thing remains the same as the day we started - we still follow those key values of Quality, Care, Convenience and Compassion every day.
Our Creature Comforts family has also grown over the years, but we’re still a family run business.
And we’d like to introduce you to our Vetopia family: Vincci Ho our General Manager, Celeste Cheung our head of marketing, Nicholas Chan our Customer Services Manager, Ken Ou Yang our Warehouse manager and Jason Lau our logistics support, as well as our delivery drivers Leung, Danny, Fred, Ricky, Alex and Kent.
