New Product Brands

In our continuous effort to provide the best for your furry family members, we have expanded our product range by introducing several new and exciting brands to our store. These brands have been carefully selected to cater to the diverse needs and preferences of pet owners in Hong Kong. From premium food options to innovative toys and accessories, we are committed to offering a comprehensive selection that meets the highest standards of quality and functionality.  

	Blue Buffalo, a loved and trusted brand founded in Connecticut, USA, has always used high-quality natural ingredients with real meat first in their recipes as part of their family-inspired feeding philosophy.
	Vetreska, one of the world’s most imaginative cat furniture, toy and pet accessory companies, has chosen Vetopia to be their exclusive distributor for Hong Kong and Macau. Vetreska is also stocked at MoMa, Harrods and Macy’s, and we’re excited to be bringing their full range to Hong Kong.
	Astkatta, an Iceland brand, provides a range of complete cat wet food that complies with AAFCO. They also produce freeze-dried treats and liquid-type cat snacks featuring various flavors and health formulas.
	Smart Cookie Barkey is a U.S. dog treat bakery from Colorado that rooted in using pure, simple, and wholesome ingredients to handcraft their soft and chewy treats, limited ingredient jerkies, and food toppers.
	DOUXO® S3 provides skin care options whatever your pet's skin type or lifestyle. They are formulated and produced in France, by leading veterinary dermatologists.
	Bite Me is a South Korean pet lifestyle brand known for its creative, thoughtful, (and cute) pet toys and supplies – perfect way to add more color and fun to everyday pet parenting.

Pet Shows @ HKCEC

We were honored to participate in the pet exhibitions that were held in February and June this year. The events provided us with a fantastic opportunity to showcase our commitment to the pet community and connect with fellow pet enthusiasts. Our booth attracted a significant number of visitors, allowing us to engage in meaningful conversations, share our expertise, and gain valuable insights into the evolving needs of pet owners in Hong Kong. We are grateful for the positive feedback and support we received during the pet shows, and we look forward to seeing you again in 2024. 

Animalkind Treats – New Flavors

Animalkind is based on clean, wholesome, functional nutrition, where every treat and every meal has a purpose, providing specific health benefits for your pet. This year we’ve released a range of new treat flavours, such as venison and deer antler, duck and lingzhi, and turkey with berries. We’re also really excited to announce we are now starting to export Animalkind foods to Japan. 

Fundraising Efforts for Animal Shelters

We were also delighted to have supported various animal protection organizations within Hong Kong this year, including the SPCA, HKDR, LAP, and PUC. From in-person events such as the Dogathon in West Kowloon, Hero Dogs in Sai Kung, pet markets in Star Street Precinct, to online shopping fundraisers – we were grateful to provide help to dogs & cats in need.

Acquisition by Jebsen Group

Promoting Pet-Friendly Work Environment

During the year, we also started promoting a more pet-friendly workplace, allowing our team members to bring their pets to work. This not only fosters a sense of companionship and happiness among our staff but also recognizes that our pets are an integral part of our families. We also joined forces with Pet-A-Hood to advocate the concept at an event in Hysan Place.
