To provide a better delivery experience, Vetopia will officially switch to SF Express for Hong Kong deliveries starting from November 17, 2025. For Macau orders, delivery will continue to be handled by our existing courier, and the service remains unchanged.
SF Express offers flexible delivery options, including:
- Door-to-door delivery
- SF Store / Service Partner pickup
Our Free Shipping Policy remains unchanged — enjoy free delivery on orders of HK$300 or above.

How to Find your Waybill Number
- Log in to your Vetopia account. Go to your account and tap "My Orders". Once the fulfillment status shows "Shipped", press "Tracking" to see your SF Express waybill number.

- You can also find the same waybill number in your shipping confirmation email.

💡 Tip: Keep a copy of your waybill number for quick reference in the future.
How to Track with SF Express App (Recommended)
Vetopia will create an SF Express waybill using the phone number you provided at checkout. Please ensure your phone number is accurate and up to date. You can track its delivery progress through the following steps:

Download and open the SF Express App (available on the App Store or Google Play).

Log in or register using the same phone number you used for your Vetopia order.

Tap "Tracking" → "Receiving" to view all parcels linked to your phone number.

Tap on a parcel to see detailed delivery status (e.g., “In Transit,” “Delivered”) and estimated delivery time.

💡 Tip: Please turn on App notifications of SF Express App to receive real-time updates on your delivery progress.

Enter your waybill number in the "Enter your waybill number" field on the homepage. Click "Track Now" to view your latest delivery status.

How to Track with Vetopia's AI Assistant

Tap on the Vetopia's AI Assistant icon.

- Ask for delivery status, then provide:
- Email Address
- Order Number (must be in the format Vetopia#XXXXXX)
For example:
Order Number: Vetopia#123456
Email: name@example.com
Important Notes on Self-pickup
If you select self-pickup, please note that SF Express will not send SMS notifications. Delivery updates will only be available through the SF Express App or website. We recommend turning on App notifications to receive the latest pickup alerts in real time. Please check your order status and collect your parcel within the designated period to avoid additional fees or parcel return.
