Vetopia Halloween Paw Ride, Just for You & Your Dog

Dress up your furry friend and hop aboard Vetopia’s Halloween-themed open-top bus for a ride through Hong Kong Island, passing by the Central Harbourfront, Tamar Park, the HKCEC, and the bustling Central CBD.

• Timeslots: 18:30 – 19:30 / 19:30 – 20:30 / 20:30 – 21:30 (Please arrive 30 minutes before for check-in and group photo)

Registration Details

Before You Register

Please make sure your dog meets the following requirements before applying.

Health & Behaviour

• Fully vaccinated and in good health on the event day
• Comfortable travelling on public transport
• Able to coexist peacefully with people and other dogs
• Dogs exhibiting aggression or extreme anxiety may not be suitable
• Please have your dog wear a diaper during the event if needed
• For hygiene purposes, please bring a pee pad to place on the bus seat if needed

Bus Safety

• Dogs must remain on a leash unless secured in a suitable carrier, bag, crate or travel box
• The leash must be secured to the bus seat or held by the passenger
• Dogs measuring more than 70 cm from the top of the head to the front feet, or weighing more than 30 kg, must sit on the lower deck

Pet Strollers

• Pet strollers may be stored on the lower deck, provided they do not block aisles or passageways.

Terms & Conditions

1. The event is open to human participants and dogs only. Each human participant and each dog must purchase a ticket in advance to participate in the event.
2. Once confirmed, tickets are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled, changed, transferred or resold unless otherwise arranged by Vetopia.
3. Participants must arrive at the meeting point 30 minutes before their selected timeslot for check-in. Late arrivals may forfeit their participation without refund.
4. Final participation eligibility and seating arrangements are subject to Vetopia and on-site staff.
5. Participants must supervise their dogs throughout the event and follow all staff instructions. Vetopia reserves the right to refuse participation to any dog or participant that is excessively anxious, aggressive, or does not comply with the safety guidelines.
6. All participating dogs must wear a suitable Halloween costume. Costumes and accessories must not compromise the dog's safety or affect the safety or comfort of other participants.
7. The event route and schedule may be adjusted due to traffic, weather, government instructions or other operational circumstances. Vetopia reserves the right to cancel, postpone or modify the event due to adverse weather, extreme weather warnings or other force majeure circumstances. Any related arrangements and refund policy will be subject to Vetopia's final announcement.
8. Participants must bring their own cleaning supplies, such as poop bags and wet wipes, and help keep the bus clean. If a dog urinates, defecates, soils or damages the bus or its facilities, the participant will be required to pay a HK$1,000 deep-cleaning fee immediately.
9. Participants are responsible for their own safety and behaviour and that of their dogs. If a dog causes injury, loss or damage to any person, dog, bus facility or third party, the participant shall be responsible for the relevant liability and costs.
10. Participants are responsible for their personal belongings and dog-related items. Vetopia shall not be responsible for any loss, damage or theft.
11. Vetopia or its authorised representatives may take photographs and videos during the event and use them for future marketing, promotional and publicity purposes.
12. Vetopia reserves the right to make the final decision on any matters not covered by these Terms & Conditions.
