How to make a recurring order
1. Log into your Account
Visit the login page, enter your email address, and password to access your account.
Please note: An account is required to set up a recurring order. If you don't have one, you can create it here.
2. Search for Products
點選「放大鏡」圖示以搜尋產品。提供循環訂購的產品圖片左上角會顯示 「R」標誌。
標誌上的百分比代表您於首次循環訂購時可享有的折扣。 請選擇所需的 產品選項 與 數量
3. Select Recurring Order Option
點選第二個購買選項，然後選擇您的 送貨週期 (可選擇每週一次至每半年一次），將產品加入購物車並前往結帳。
Add the product to the cart and proceed to checkout.
Please note:
- 每筆循環訂單滿港幣 $300 可享免運費，否則將額外收取港幣 $80 運費。
- 閣下必須於 第三次循環訂單建立後 ，方可修改訂閱內容。
4. Payment & Order Processing
For Recurring Order, credit card is the only accepted payment method as the order will be automatically generated according to the order frequency you chose.
循環訂購系統將會將會根據您所選擇的訂購頻率，在每張循環訂單的產生日從您所登記的信用卡自動扣款。
首張循環訂單會於您開始訂閱時即時收費，而其後所有後續訂單將按所設定的週期自動扣款（例如：每兩星期、每月等）。
Please note:
- 系統將於訂單建立日前 5 天 發送提醒電郵。
- If one of your product(s) included in your recurring orders is/are out of stock or facing fluctuating supply, we will notify you and suggest available alternatives.
VetPoints and other Vetopia general campaigns and promotional discounts cannot be applied to recurring orders.
By continuing with your payment, you agree to the regulations of our Recurring Order program (including, but not limited to the following):
- 1. Your payment card will automatically be charged at the order frequency you choose until your subscription has been paused or canceled.
- 2. You are required to commit to a minimum of three deliveries for your recurring order. Your first three orders cannot be changed, paused, or canceled. Shipping fee may be charged if the order value is below HK$300.
- 3. Prices will be updated accordingly to suppliers' price adjustments automatically.
