L-taurine and L-serine are amino acids that support muscle health and growth. They're also important for the body's use of minerals including calcium and can support the production of collagen.
Manganese helps to maintain the structure and health of connective tissues in the spinal discs. It also plays an important part in supporting normal bone growth, cartilage health, and the maintenance of synovial fluid within joints in the spine. Zinc also helps to support bone health and the production of collagen.
